Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include high school diploma or equivalent with five years of construction management/inspection experience, or a combination with a Bachelors degree, or licensure as PE/RA/LA, or equivalent combo.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field inspections for capital GI contracts and document progress and costs.
• Prepare reports on schedule, cost, and project status.
• Participate in meetings with contractors, consultants, and other agencies.
• Ensure compliance with DEP sewer use regulations and coordinate with design engineers.
