GolfRoots LLC. is seeking a Customer Success Specialist for an on-site, full-time role in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. You will assist walk-in customers at the warehouse and support online chat and email, helping golfers choose the right clubs that fit their swing and budget.

You will gather customer feedback to improve processes and advocate for the customer, aiming to deliver an exceptional GolfRoots experience. This role offers growth opportunities and a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of golf equipment and the game of golf.
• Experience in customer support, retail, or e-commerce preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to ensure customer satisfaction through problem-solving and product knowledge.
• Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and improve service.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer support via online chat, email, and in-person interactions.
• Guide customers in selecting the best golf equipment for their needs.
• Fit customers for clubs and create a memorable customer experience.
• Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Interface with the inventory, Trade-In, and fulfillment teams for returns, Trade-Ins and general inquiries.
