Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet teammates and athletes; understand their needs and assist with shopping by sharing product knowledge and delivering customer service.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards by following floor sets, signs, price changes, and inventory replenishment.
• Promote company programs such as loyalty, warranty sales, and credit card enrollment.
• Follow safety policies and procedures, and comply with applicable laws and external guidelines including ATF requirements.
• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and respected.
• Support the team across the store with a collaborative, all-hands-on-deck approach.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
