Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in the Hard Goods areas (Simulators, Putting Green, Club Repair, Accessories) to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
• Assist with front-end operations such as returns, exchanges, gift cards, promotions and loyalty programs.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and assist with club fitting and demonstrations for optimal performance.
• Maintain a clean, visually premier Hard Goods area and ensure equipment and supplies are well stocked and operational.
