Job summary

QBE, LLC invites an experienced SME Field Service Representative to support an Army intelligence unit in the Republic of Korea. You will deliver hands-on user and system support, define requirements, train users and lead staff at the site.

Responsibilities include installing and maintaining hardware/software, troubleshooting, creating training materials, and escalating complex issues. Security clearances and host-nation status are required for priority access.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in user and field support.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• SME-level field support in the field environment.
• Certifications: ITIL Foundation and CompTIA Security+.
• Cyber certification: DoWM 8140.03 baseline and CE certification.
• Host-nation status requirements per USFKI 4901.01 Invited Contractor.

Responsibilities

• Be the first call for users, solving technical issues in person, by phone or electronically.
• Set up equipment for users, including cabling, operating systems and software.
• Install and repair hardware, software and peripherals to design and installation specifications.
• Lead junior and senior staff on special projects and training.
• Evaluate software and hardware and recommend improvements or upgrades.
• Build training materials and procedures and train users on hardware and software.
