Job summary

Janus Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead the SpringHill Suites and Fairfield Inn in Wisconsin Dells, two Marriott select-service assets in a high‑demand leisure market. This is a full‑time, on‑site leadership role reporting to the Regional Director of Operations.

The GM will drive overall performance, guest satisfaction, and team development, overseeing operations, budgeting, revenue management, and compliance with Marriott standards in a seasonal market with strong

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of hotel management experience; multi-property or Marriott select-service experience strongly preferred.
• Strong operational leadership and financial performance track record.
• Budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and P&L analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for both hotels ensuring Marriott standards and company policies.
• Drive revenue optimization through rate strategy and occupancy tactics.
• Lead and develop department leaders and staff; build a culture of accountability and guest focus.
• Ensure superior guest service, issue resolution, and brand compliance.
• Maintain licensing, health & safety, and regulatory requirements; oversee maintenance and safety programs.
• Communicate performance and needs to Regional Director of Operations and ownership group; prepare operating reports.
