• Credit union, banking, or financial services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily and monthly general ledger and account reconciliations.
• Research and resolve discrepancies and outstanding items.
• Prepare and post journal entries and maintain supporting documentation.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close activities.
• Review transactions for accuracy and proper account classification.
• Support internal and external audits as needed.
• Maintain compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.
• Partner with internal teams to resolve accounting-related issues.
