Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking an On‑Site Customer Portfolio Leader for its Gas Power segment at the Smiths Station site near Columbus, GA. You will own the customer relationship, coordinate regular meetings, and contribute to the overall business strategy including P&L and growth opportunities.

You will manage outages and parts planning, oversee warranties and concessions, and lead cross‑functional teams to deliver contractual obligations and project deliverables with strong operational judgment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or an Associates with 7+ years in power generation.
• Minimum 5 years of Technical Field Services with Heavy Duty Gas Turbine or Mechanical Power Outage experience.
• Ability to work at Smiths Station, Alabama sites; relocation within the US offered; no sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Act as the On‑Site Services Customer Portfolio Leader representing GEV, located in Smiths Station, AL; own the customer relationship and communications.
• Develop and own site customer with a communication plan; coordinate regular customer-facing meetings and review GE Vernova products/services for value.
• Oversee Gas Power warranty and applicable commercial considerations including concessions.
• Develop outage scope and communicate scope to field services team.
• Plan and manage outage/non-outage parts including quotes, orders, invoicing.
• Lead emergent/forced outage resolution and customer impact management.
• Prepare pre-outage, post-outage, and milestone meetings for On‑Site Repairs and Part/Component Repairs.
