Responsibilities include sourcing, interviewing, onboarding support, and collaboration with hiring managers to identify staffing priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's preferred but not required; Associate's Degree required.
• 1 year of recruitment experience; 2+ years preferred for full-cycle/high-volume recruitment.
• Strong recruiting, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to manage high-volume applicant pipeline with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with ATS and recruitment technologies.
• Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and independent/collaborative work in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Maintain active applicant pipeline within the ATS and ensure timely follow-up.
• Coordinate interviews and communication between candidates and managers.
• Monitor requisitions and recruitment workflows to meet staffing needs.
• Develop sourcing strategies using job boards, referrals, and social media.
• Build talent pipelines for high-volume and diverse roles.
