Job summary

Addison Group is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join its Employee Resources team in Buffalo, NY. This on-site role covers the full recruitment lifecycle across manufacturing, technical, admin, sales and leadership positions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; experience with ADP Workforce Now, LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for manufacturing, skilled trades, technical, administrative, sales and/or executive roles.
• Manufacturing experience strongly preferred; related environments like construction and engineering also relevant.
• Experience with high-volume recruiting, requisition management, sourcing, onboarding, college recruiting, and career fairs.
• Proficiency with recruiting/HR technology (e.g., ADP, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed).
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source and engage qualified candidates via LinkedIn, social media, networking, job boards, and other channels.
• Manage multiple requisitions with clear communication to hiring managers.
• Conduct engaging interviews and help candidates understand the organization and opportunities.
• Build strong candidate pipelines and relationships with active/passive candidates.
• Act as an ambassador for the company culture and candidate experience.
• Coordinate recruiting activities with HR partners for a seamless process.
• Support onboarding and new-hire integration.
• Develop relationships with local colleges and community organizations.
• Participate in career fairs and events to increase employer visibility.
• Support high-volume and project-based hiring as needed.
• Utilize recruiting systems to track activity and maintain records.
