Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s preferred.
• 1 year recruiting/HR experience; 2+ years high-volume recruiting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organization and time management.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, onboarding.
• Maintain active applicant pipeline in ATS and ensure timely movement.
• Coordinate interviews and communications between candidates and hiring managers.
• Monitor requisitions and recruitment workflows to meet staffing needs.
• Develop sourcing strategies via job boards, referrals, social media, networking.
• Build talent pipelines for high-volume, entry-level, clinical and non-clinical roles.
• Partner with leadership to identify staffing priorities and recruitment opportunities.
• Support workforce development, internships, and community partnerships.
• Represent the organization at job fairs and events.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and recruitment standards.
