Job summary

Lingraphica is seeking a Fulfillment Specialist for our Princeton, NJ in-office team. The role handles all shipping requests, uses HubSpot CRM, and ensures accurate, timely delivery of devices to customers.

You will manage tickets, coordinate with carriers, and contribute to process improvements while upholding compliance and privacy standards. Requires a high school diploma, 1 year of related experience, and proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with HubSpot and UPS WorldShip is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year office/administrative/customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with CRM and shipping software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Use HubSpot CRM to manage and process shipping tickets.
• Prepare outgoing shipments with accuracy and prioritize workload.
• Resolve shipment issues and address discrepancies with carriers.
• Respond promptly to customer shipping inquiries.
• Maintain inventory of shipping supplies and marketing materials.
• Engage in process improvement to boost efficiency.
• Follow Shipping Compliance, Infection Control, and PHI policies.
• Meet or exceed fulfillment metrics and track productivity.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
