Job summary

Lingraphica is seeking a Fulfillment Specialist for our Princeton, NJ office. You will manage shipping requests using HubSpot, prepare shipments, and resolve delivery issues to ensure accuracy and timely service.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and about 1 year of office or customer service experience. The role is in-person, Monday–Friday, with a starting salary of $50,000–$53,000 and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Uses HubSpot CRM to manage and process shipping tickets.
• Prepares outgoing shipments with high accuracy and prioritizes workload.
• Investigates and resolves shipping issues, including address discrepancies and claims.
• Responds promptly to customer shipping inquiries.
• Monitors inventory of shipping supplies and marketing collateral.
• Supports process improvements and adheres to policies including HIPAA.
