Job summary

Apex Revenue Technologies in Oaks, PA is seeking a Hand Fulfillment associate to support daily production statement insertion, ensuring SLA compliance and quality standards. You will work with machine operators and coordinators to meet team goals.

You will verify mail pieces, inserts, envelopes, track progress in the tracking system, and prepare shipments with FedEx/UPS labels. A high school diploma is required; strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• General computer knowledge preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple customers’ jobs concurrently.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Reading: simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Writing: simple correspondence, routine reports.
• Mathematical: basic arithmetic and weight measurement.
• Reasoning: apply common sense to carry out simple instructions; solve practical problems.
• Must be flexible with work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality of mailing.
• Verify statement paper is correct for current job.
• Verify outer and return envelopes are correct for current job.
• Verify inserts are correct for current job.
• Validate right counts at end of jobs.
• Find, move and hand insert jobs that are inserted off line.
• Work with insert machine operators to accurately complete each job.
• Use correct Business Reply Envelopes & Inserts during hand Inserting.
• Accurately track progress on jobs using company’s tracking system.
• Off-load finished mail pieces onto mail trays & move carts to appropriate area.
• Package jobs and create FedEx/UPS labels for pieces and stage in shipping area as appropriate.]
