Job summary

ShipBob is seeking an Operations Support Manager to lead on-site partner site development and training at our Kenosha location. You will oversee SFN partner onboarding, dashboard configuration, and KPI-driven improvements, partnering with local fulfillment centers to meet ShipBob SOPs and performance goals.

You will drive 60–90 day launch plans, coordinate site layouts, equipment setup, and staff training while ensuring 100% on-site availability and SLA compliance across the network.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of operations leadership experience in an e‑commerce fulfillment environment.
• Experience managing 3PL relationships and partner sites.
• Proven ability to open new building sites and set up teams for success.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build consensus and drive adoption of SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Spend 100% on-site at partner locations and lead onboarding and site launches.
• Coordinate site selections and vetting of SFN partner sites.
• Own 60–90 day launch plan and post-launch contact for SFN partners.
• Set up dashboards, services, and training for SFN partners and staff.
• Troubleshoot issues, manage requests, and ensure SLA compliance.
• Drive adoption of ShipBob features, WMS, and SOPs across sites.
• Review KPIs and partner with site leaders to implement improvements.
• Travel to sites for operational audits and training as needed.
