Job summary

Expeditors Miami is seeking a FTZ Coordinator to support day-to-day FTZ transactions, compliance, and reporting. You will serve as a liaison with the FTZ Administrator, Brokerage team, and internal stakeholders, ensuring SOP compliance and accurate data entry in FTZ IC RS systems.

Ideal applicants have 1–5 years in FTZ operations or US trade compliance and are capable of working onsite with strong communication skills and customer focus.

Qualifications

• Global logistics industry knowledge.
• Good knowledge of customs brokerage process and system.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with FTZ operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help ensure timely and accurate processing of FTZ transactions.
• Ensure SOP adherence across procedures and data entry into FTZ ICRS.
• Monitor shipment reports to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with FTZ Administrator and Brokerage team on objectives.
• Maintain relationships with customers and customs authorities.
• Support management with customer requests and escalation.
• Communicate policies and regulatory updates to the team.
• Assist in reviewing inventory discrepancies and provide support.
