Expeditors is seeking a Compliance Coordinator to support on-site customer operations in a fast-paced international logistics environment. You will ensure import/export compliance, review documents, and coordinate with customers, freight forwarders, and customs authorities.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 1–3 years in customs compliance, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. This full-time role offers growth within Expeditors’ global network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience.
• 1–3 years related experience in customs compliance operations preferred.
• Understanding of international trade and customs regulations, incoterms and impacts to supply chain.
• Knowledge of international air and ocean transport logistics processes.
• Excellent customer service skills, including negotiation, listening, and clear communication.
• Risk sensitivity and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Identify issues impacting customer satisfaction and develop solutions.
