Job summary

Muse Freight LLC. is seeking an Account Executive/Freight Broker to source and manage freight opportunities across North America. You will build and maintain shipper and carrier relationships, negotiate competitive rates, and coordinate shipments to ensure on-time pickup and delivery.

You will collaborate with internal operations, track loads, resolve service issues, and monitor market conditions to identify margin opportunities and drive revenue growth by meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in freight brokerage, transportation, or logistics account management.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term partnerships.
• Ability to manage multiple loads and accounts simultaneously, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with logistics software, transportation management systems (TMS), and basic Excel/office tools.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, including clear phone, email, and in-person communication.
