Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years direct foreclosure experience required.
• Previous experience in a law office or mortgage servicing company is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Black Knight/LPS and MS Office (Outlook/Excel).

Responsibilities

• Monitors and processes accounts in foreclosure.
• Performs pre-foreclosure reviews for referrals.
• Manages deadlines for invoice approvals, referrals, breach and collection letters.
• Oversees property preservation, order values, and inspections.
• Calculates reinstatement and payoff figures.
• Manages foreclosure loan pipeline per investor/insurer/client requirements.
• Provides information to foreclosure counsel and prepares bidding instructions.
• Maintains daily exception reports and follows up with counsel for documents.
• Communicates with attorney firms and vendors.
• Adheres to policies and aims to increase revenue while reducing losses.
• Ensures tasks are completed within timelines.
