• Paralegal certificate from ABA-approved program or equivalent.
• Associate degree plus paralegal certificate or equivalent experience.
• Working knowledge of litigation procedures, court filings, calendaring, and deadline management.
• Strong organizational, analytical, research, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines under pressure.
