Trinity Services Group, a TKC Holdings Company, is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee inmate labor and kitchen staff in a correctional facility. You will prepare and serve meals following recipes and menus and ensure compliance with safety and nutrition requirements.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license.
• Preferred: prior institutional food service or restaurant experience.

Mansioni

• Manage inmate labor and kitchen staff during food prep and service.
• Serve meals according to planned schedules and procedures.
• Use kitchen utensils and equipment to cook and portion food as recipes require.
• Train other food service workers.
• Promote a healthy and safe work environment for staff and inmates.
• Stand for long periods and perform physical tasks as needed.
