Trinity Services Group, a TKC Holdings Company, is hiring a Food Service Supervisor for on-site work inside a correctional facility. You will oversee inmate labor and kitchen staff, prepare and serve meals while following recipes and menus. The role emphasizes teamwork, adaptability, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, are 18+, and hold a valid driver’s license. Prior institutional food service or restaurant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Prefer prior institutional food service or restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage inmate labor and kitchen staff during food prep and service.
• Serve food according to planned meal schedules and procedures.
• Use kitchen utensils and equipment to cook food according to recipes and portion meals.
• Train other food service workers.
• Promote a healthy and safe work environment for staff and inmates.
• Report to a Food Service Director and work onsite in a jail/correctional facility.
