Trinity Services Group Inc. is seeking an Assistant Food Service Director to support the Food Service Director in managing a large jail food operation on-site. You will supervise food service workers, plan menus, monitor inventory and ensure compliance with health codes.

Qualifications

• Two years of management or supervisory experience in a food service position.
• Three years of experience working in food service.
• ServSafe Certification.
• Experience with purchasing, inventory, ordering and receiving.
• Experience managing and applying kitchen sanitation and safety standards and methods.

Responsibilities

• Guide, train, and manage the facility food service operation.
• Hire, orient, train and issue corrective action to team members.
• Oversee the appropriate quantities of food are prepared and served according to facility or site plan.
• Maintain accuracy of inventory in advance preparation of planned menu schedule.
• Ensure that food items are stored properly and served per menu specifications.
