Trinity Services Group is seeking an Assistant Food Service Director to help plan and run a large on-site food service operation within a jail/correctional facility. You will supervise a team, ensure compliance with health codes, and coordinate with the Food Service Director to meet menu and safety standards.

Ideal candidates will have strong food service management experience, ServSafe certification, and a commitment to quality service.

Qualifikationen

• Two years of management or supervisory experience in a food service position.
• Three years of experience working in food service.
• ServSafe Certification.
• Experience with purchasing, inventory, ordering and receiving.
• Knowledge of kitchen sanitation and safety standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and food service management systems.

Aufgaben

• Guide, train, and manage the facility food service operation.
• Hire, orient, train and issue corrective action to team members.
• Oversee quantities of food prepared and served per the plan.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and menu scheduling.
• Ensure proper food storage and safety.
• Maintain serving schedules per menu specifications and guidelines.
• Ensure sanitary environment per Health Department codes.
• Assist with inspections of food service operations.
• Answer to the Food Service Director as needed.
