Affinity Group is seeking a results-oriented Non-Commercial/On-Site Specialist to cover Orlando, FL. The role targets growing a non-commercial portfolio through consultative selling and market strategy development, reporting to the Market Manager.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in food service brokerage or related areas, strong collaboration skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Expect on-site work, travel, and a benefits package including health and 401(k).

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience with a food service brokerage agency, foodservice operations management, or a national manufacturer (calling on key accounts).
• Collaborative mindset with a passion to help others.
• Ability to work with diverse teams and possesses a learner mindset.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and SharePoint, CRM systems, and cloud-based SaaS (Slack, Zoom).
• Enthusiastic and confident leader with strong interpersonal skills and work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Establish relationships with food-service directors and culinarians as a trusted resource.
• Execute and grow market sales based on agreed upon trimester planning.
• Maintains in-depth knowledge of key distributors within the assigned market.
• Provide CRM sales reporting and update manufacturers on an as-needed basis.
• Maintains food and beverage samples in the assigned office.
• Develop a market strategy to enable strategic weekly market visits with key operators.
• Ability to prepare or learn how to prepare food products and design menu combinations.
• Drive client compliance with key operators in the market.
