Trinity Services Group is seeking a Food Service Director to lead a single-site correctional food service operation, onsite in a jail facility. You will oversee a team, manage payroll and inventory, and ensure compliance with health regulations while directing daily kitchen activities.

The role requires a strong leader with ServSafe certification, budgeting know-how, and experience in institutional food service. This position is on-site with opportunities to drive service quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• Five years of management or supervisory experience in a food service environment.
• ServSafe Certification is required.
• Experience applying kitchen sanitation and safety standards.
• Knowledge of basic accounting and ability to complete reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee food quantities prepared and served according to site plan.
• Hire, orient, train, and issue corrective action to team members.
• Review payroll on a bi-weekly basis.
• Ensure staff are trained in safe food handling.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and adherence to menus.
• Ensure compliance with health codes and sanitation standards.
