Trinity Services Group Inc. is seeking a Food Service Director to lead a single-site operation inside a correctional facility. The role requires managing a team, ensuring food safety and quality, and coordinating with a District Manager.

Weekend and holiday availability is required. You will oversee kitchen operations, payroll review, training, and compliance with health and sanitation standards, while maintaining inventory and financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a food service team in a correctional facility or similar setting.
• Ability to manage payroll and basic budgeting tasks.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quantities of food prepared and served according to plan.
• Hire, orient, train and issue corrective action to team members.
• Review payroll on a bi-weekly basis.
• Ensure staff are trained on safety and sanitation procedures.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and prepare menus in advance.
• Ensure proper storage of food items and high service standards.
• Maintain sanitary environment per health codes and regulations.
• Maintain onsite reports of daily/monthly production and activity.
