Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or higher with supervisor experience.
• Bachelor’s degree plus 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to understand and communicate in English.
• Strong customer engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Set annual budgets and manage costs; develop cost-saving strategies.
• Provide training and leadership to staff, including team building and performance management.
• Recruit and hire new staff, create schedules, track attendance.
• Investigate and resolve service complaints and enforce disciplinary actions as needed.
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, and quality control.
• Prepare end-of-day financial reports and perform other duties as required.
