Job summary

Options Technology Ltd. is seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to support our options trading operations and technology infrastructure on-site with the client’s technology team in Dallas.

You will ensure reliable systems, perform maintenance, and act as the trusted technical advisor. Ideal candidates have a BS in CS or IT, hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, endpoint management, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Endpoint Management, Device Deployment and AV troubleshooting.
• 1–2 years’ experience in a similar on-site technical support role within financial services.

Responsibilities

• Act as the client’s primary technical contact, providing on-site support for all Options technology systems.
• Monitor internal system health and performance; perform regular maintenance such as software updates and configuration changes.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, escalating complex problems to internal teams for timely resolution.
• Respond to client incidents and service requests within defined SLAs, following established incident management processes.
• Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as a trusted technical advisor and proactively addressing their needs.
• Work with Options Technology teams on system enhancements and upgrades, including testing and validation to ensure smooth deployment.
