Job summary

Options Technology Ltd. is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our Rockville team.

You will provide on-site support for client technology systems, acting as the primary technical contact with the client’s technology team and Options professionals to ensure smooth operation of the trading infrastructure. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of on-site technical support experience in financial services, proven troubleshooting skills, and strong communication abilities to liaise with clients

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1-2 years' experience in a similar on-site technical support role within financial services.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, able to convey technical information clearly and build relationships with clients and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as the client's primary technical contact, providing on-site support for all Options technology systems.
• Monitor internal system health and performance; perform routine maintenance such as software updates and configuration changes.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, escalating complex problems to internal teams for timely resolution.
• Respond to client incidents and service requests within defined SLAs, following incident management processes.
• Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as a trusted technical advisor.
• Collaborate with Options Technology on system enhancements and upgrades, including testing and validation.
