US Bellows, a division of Piping Technology & Products, seeks a seasoned Manufacturing Planning & Scheduling Manager to transform how we plan, sequence, and deliver production. You will lead on-site efforts, partner with operations leadership, and drive continuous improvement on the shop floor.

You’ll own the scheduling function, implement finite-capacity scheduling, and build processes to support rapid growth while maintaining delivery reliability and efficiency across complex high-mix

Qualificações

• 10+ years in manufacturing with scheduling responsibility.
• Must have personally selected and implemented finite-capacity scheduling software.
• Experience in engineer-to-order or high-mix manufacturing.
• Strong on-site shop floor presence.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate, select, and implement finite-capacity scheduling software.
• Establish master production schedule considering labor, equipment, materials, and constraints.
• Improve accuracy of production forecasts and delivery commitments.
• Develop visibility into capacity, bottlenecks, and work-in-progress.
• Build scheduling processes that accommodate changing priorities and growth.
• Spend at least half your time on the shop floor daily.
• Collaborate with supervisors, welders, fabricators, engineering, purchasing, and other teams.
