Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Business or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 7+ years of progressive production planning, master scheduling or production-control experience.
• Experience scheduling multi-work-center, high-mix/low-volume or make-to-order manufacturing with constraints.
• Demonstrated results improving schedule attainment, throughput, OTD and/or capacity utilization.

Responsibilities

• Own, maintain and publish the Master Production Schedule and detailed work-center schedules.
• Translate backlog, due dates, routings, readiness and capacity into a finite-capacity schedule.
• Sequence work to balance on-time delivery, bottlenecks and WIP across shared resources.
• Lead daily Production reviews with cross-functional stakeholders and identify priority actions.
• Measure schedule attainment and use data to improve planning parameters and lead times.
