Job summary

Flowserve Corporation seeks a functional manager to lead the day-to-day Planning function at the Springville, Utah site. You will manage master scheduling, parts planning, production planning, and production control to support the Annual Operating Plan and performance objectives.

You will coach teams, drive process and cultural transformation, and ensure safe, compliant operations with a focus on on-time delivery and customer requirements. Travel is expected to be under 20%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; for internal candidates, 10 years planning leadership may substitute.
• Strong problem solving using DMAIC or equivalent; data-driven decision making.
• Experience with MRP/ERP, Excel, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and tactical direction to the Planning team to meet site objectives.
• Direct production planning, materials, capacity, and scheduling using forecasts and SIOP.
• Develop PFEP to minimize inventory and ensure smooth material flow.
• Create生产 schedules and prioritize optimization of capacity, productivity, and on-time delivery.
• Maintain planning BOMs in the ERP system and analyze KPI trends.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and talent development at the site.
