Connexion Systems & Engineering, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Manager of Production Planning & Scheduling to lead and mature the production planning function in a 100% onsite Bloomfield, CT facility.

You will develop, maintain, and optimize production plans and schedules, coordinating with Operations, Engineering, and Procurement to meet customer delivery commitments. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in planning and scheduling in complex manufacturing, with strong analytical skills and proven

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in production planning and scheduling.
Experience in aerospace, automotive, or precision manufacturing environments preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation ability.
Proven ability to collaborate across Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, and customers.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain production plans and schedules aligned with demand and business goals.
Manage schedules to optimize capacity, resources, and on-time delivery.
Collaborate with Operations and Engineering to execute the overall plan.
Identify and resolve production constraints with other departments.
Support OTD expectations and adjust plans for changing priorities.
