Job summary

Dutchland, Inc. is seeking a Site Accountant to manage day-to-day AP and AR at the project/site level, ensuring accurate processing of invoices, vendor payments, customer billing, and sales tax compliance.

This on-site role partners with procurement and project teams, supports monthly close, and serves as the primary on-site finance contact for vendors and customers. A bachelor’s or associate degree and 2+ years in accounting with ERP/Excel proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• A degree in accounting/finance is preferred.
• 2+ years of AP/AR experience in a manufacturing or construction environment.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Excel required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices with proper approvals and PO matching.
• Prepare and review payment runs to ensure timely vendor payments.
• Assist in month-end accruals for unbilled expenses.
• Process pay apps and remittances per contracts and lien waivers.
• Support AR activities including cash application and collections.
• Ensure accurate sales tax calculations and reporting.
