Job summary

Aerzen USA Corp. is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, service, and repair Aerzen products at customer sites and at our location. The role involves troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and on-demand service with substantial travel, including overnight trips.

You will coordinate with customers, document findings, and train customers on equipment operation. The position requires an Associates degree or equivalent electronics background, 4+ years of field service experience with

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent experience in electronics technology is required.
• Over 4 years of field service and repair experience on rotating equipment is expected.
• Experience with PLCs/industrial controls is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs startups, inspections, troubleshooting, repairs and preventive maintenance on Aerzen products at customer sites.
• Install, configure, calibrate, and maintain control and instrumentation; manage electrical, pneumatic, and fluid connections.
• Read diagrams and wiring schematics; document service actions and provide customer updates.
• Travel to customer locations; provide on-site training and ensure safety compliance and quality standards.
• Prepare service reports, data logs, and commissioning graphs; communicate findings and recommendations to customers.
