Job summary

Aerzen USA Corp. seeks a Field Service Technician to install, service, and repair Aerzen products at customer sites or on site. You will perform startups, inspections, and preventive maintenance, ensuring high quality service and safety compliance.

Associates degree in electronics or equivalent experience required, with 4+ years in field service for rotating equipment. Proficiency with PLCs, networking, and problem-solving is essential; travel >50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in electronics technology or equivalent experience.
• Over 4 years of Field Service and Repair experience in rotating equipment.
• Proficient with Windows, MS Office; TCP/IP and RS-485 communications; Allen Bradley PLCs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs startups, equipment inspections, troubleshooting, repairs and preventive maintenance on Aerzen products at customer sites; represents Aerzen professionally and safely.
• Install, configure, calibrate, and maintain instrumentation; install electrical, pneumatic, and fluid connections; interpret controls narratives.
• Diagnose problems by evaluating condition, identifying root causes, and recommending machine-based solutions; read diagrams and process documentation.
• Communicate with customers to discuss requirements, provide options, give status updates, and gather future needs.
• Plan travel to meet customer schedules; complete service and repair reports and commissioning graphs.
