Job summary

Aerzen USA Corp. is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, service, repair, and troubleshoot Aerzen products at customer sites. Travel to customer locations is often required, with an emphasis on safety and quality workmanship.

The role requires an associates degree in electronics technology or equivalent experience, plus over 4 years of field service experience on rotating equipment and familiarity with PLCs and control systems.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree (2 years schooling) in electronics technology or equivalent experience.
• Over 4 years of Field Service and Repair experience in rotating equipment.
• Windows, Microsoft Office, Internet Abilities; TCP/IP networks and RS-485 communications; Allen Bradley PLC experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs startups, inspections, troubleshooting, repairs and preventive maintenance on Aerzen products at customer sites.
• Install, configure, calibrate and maintain control, measurement and indicating instrumentation; install electrical and fluid connections.
• Read and interpret equipment diagrams and engineering drawings; document service activities and generate reports.
