Job summary

Epiroc USA LLC is hiring Field Service Technicians to support customers in the Atlanta area, including Austell and nearby locations. You will troubleshoot, repair, and install parts on mining and construction equipment, while upholding safety standards and providing exceptional service.

The role requires travel, hands-on mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work at customer sites with tight deadlines. Training TL1/TL2 completes within the first year; service center visits may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement: basic computer skills and familiarity with Epiroc equipment.
• Own hand tools and ability to acquire more tools per Epiroc list.
• Must complete TL1 and TL2 training within the first year of employment.
• Maintain required safety training certificates and a valid driver’s license; DOT/CDL may be required in some cases.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites is required.

Responsibilities

• Review and update personal tool inventory quarterly to stay compliant.
• Complete daily work assignments from customer or supervisor.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems on site or by phone.
• Follow warranty policies and submit service reports.
• Promote safety and PPE usage; maintain professional interactions with customers and staff.
• Provide warranty support and communicate activity via reports.
