Diebold Nixdorf in Florida is seeking a field service technician to install, debug, and maintain product hardware and software, primarily at customer sites. The role includes on-site servicing and proactive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.

You will perform scheduled inspections, minor repairs, and inspections to ensure correct operation, with escalation when needed. Travel within the territory and proper paperwork completion are required for service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Responsabilidades

• Installs, debugs and provides technical maintenance for product and component hardware and software, mainly on customer premises.
• Provides scheduled inspection, cleaning and other services and performs minor product repairs within an assigned territory.
• Inspects products for correct operation and resolves noted issues and / or escalates according to established procedure.
• Schedules services, completes all required paperwork and works with customers to ensure satisfaction with service delivery and understanding of product functionality.
