Empire Scale Corp is seeking dynamic Field Service Technicians to join our Penns Grove, NJ team. You will install, calibrate, service, and repair weighing equipment at customer sites, with on-site shop repairs when needed. You will complete documentation, adhere to OSHA and company policies, and maintain tools and inventory.

Strong electronics and mechanical skills, ability to lift 75+ lbs, and valid driver's license are required. ProCal experience is a plus.

Formación

• Inspect, calibrate, repair, and install weighing equipment.
• Complete equipment repairs in on-site shop as needed.
• Document service calls, test reports, expense reports, driving logs, and other written documentation.
• Follow company policies, customer regulations and OSHA regulations.
• Maintain tools and inventory in good working order.
• Attend weekly safety training and other required trainings.
• Must be able to lift, push and pull 75+ pounds regularly.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect, calibrate, repair, and/or install weighing equipment to OEM and company standards.
• Complete equipment repairs in our on-site shop as needed.
• Accurately complete all written documentation relating to service calls in a timely manner.
• Comply with OSHA regulations and company policies.
• Maintain company equipment, tools, and inventory in good order.
• Attend safety training and any required trainings.
