Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of relevant industry experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support to customers and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Perform equipment installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance per guidelines.
• Document service activities, reports, and communications with customers.
• Collaborate with Service Manager and team to implement process improvements.
• Train customers on safe and effective use and basic troubleshooting procedures.
• Troubleshoot simple issues with cross-functional teams (Engineering, QA).
• Maintain safety and quality in daily operations and CSR adherence.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and service techniques through training.
