Delve Search - Global Search Consultants is seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to support customers across the Northeast and New England. You will install, troubleshoot, and service complex electromechanical equipment at client sites, traveling regularly.

Ideal candidates have hands-on field service experience with sophisticated equipment; semiconductor exposure is a plus but not required. The role offers strong training and growth within a specialist technology business.

Qualifications

• Experience in field service engineering roles with complex electromechanical equipment.
• Experience servicing equipment at customer sites and troubleshooting.
• Semiconductor equipment exposure is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites across the Northeast / New England.
• Install, commission and service specialist equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and electromechanical issues.
• Conduct preventative maintenance, repairs and equipment upgrades.
• Calibrate and test equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Document service activities and equipment performance.
• Provide technical feedback to engineering and support teams.
• Offer basic technical training to customers as needed.
• Maintain safety and professionalism on customer sites.
