Qualifications

• 4 years of maintenance and construction safety experience required.
• Must hold NCCER-Safety Tech, TWIC Card, and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Build working relationships with customers, project staff, and subcontractor safety reps.
• Assist in creating accurate safety reports and accident investigation documents.
• Assist in staff safety training and subcontractor development.
• Represent the company positively and professionally with customers and subcontractors.
• Create and facilitate safety training and orientations aligned with project specifics and schedules.
• Participate in safety organizations in the region.
• Ensure compliance with the company safety manual and policies.
• Spend most time in the field observing, coaching, auditing, and engaging craft employees.
