Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking an on-site Project Commissioning and Lead to supervise installation and commissioning of air handling units across multiple site locations. You will lead a small site team, manage subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, ability to read technical drawings, and coordination with clients and contractors. A valid driver’s license and reliable transport are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in site supervision role in manufacturing or construction.
• Fluent in English both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site project execution including delivery, coordination, records & reporting and document control.
• Manage on-site resources and ensure quality and safety standards.
• Maintain client relations and communicate with general contractor and client team on site.
