Job summary

Johnson Controls International plc. seeks a Project Commissioning and On-Site Lead to oversee installation and commissioning of air handling units across multiple sites, coordinating with contractors and clients to deliver a high-quality finished product.

The role requires 5+ years of site supervision in manufacturing or construction, fluent English, a full driver's license, and the ability to read PIDs and electrical diagrams. You will mentor team members and ensure safety and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of site supervision experience in manufacturing or construction.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and PID/electrical diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site project execution, coordinating delivery, coordination, records and reporting.
• Manage on-site resources and report client relations.
• Mentor and motivate team members; drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain checks and balances to minimize mistakes; document lessons learned.
• Record-keeping post-commissioning in the main platform to track assets.
