Zachery Piper Solutions is seeking a Help Desk Specialist to support a DoD program funded through 2028, based in New Orleans, LA. The role provides end-user technical support across a large enterprise environment and offers an opportunity to grow an IT career within the Intelligence Community.

The position begins on a night-shift schedule with potential to switch shifts after a few months. Active Secret Clearance and CompTIA Security+ (IAT II) are required, along with at least one year of IT

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance.
• At least 1 year of IT support experience.
• IAT II certification (Security+, CCNA Security, CySA+, or higher).
• Hands-on experience with troubleshooting, ticketing tools, and general IT support.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user technical support for laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, and network-connected equipment.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, OS, Microsoft Office, and VTC systems.
• Diagnose issues with employees and leadership to resolve IT problems.
• Support daily operations of the Enterprise Service Desk and manage service tickets.
• Run scripts, answer calls, and meet service metrics.
