Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Field Office Technician to provide on-site technical support for field offices of a military engineering program. This technician would support multiple offices in Memphis, TN. This work will include supporting Windows/Microsoft 365 based equipment and accounts.

SECRET CLEARANCE REQUIRED

Responsibilities of the Field Office Technician:

• Provide technical support for IT infrastructure and end-user devices
• Conduct network performance evaluations
• Check conference room equipment and AV
• Support end user devices and accounts
• Assist with IT equipment set up and disposal

Requirements for the Field Office Technician:

• 5+ years of experience providing on-site technical support
• Secret clearance
• Experience supporting Windows 10 and Windows 11 desktop
• Experience supporting Active Directory, accounts, GPO, password resets
• Experience supporting security updates and system refreshes
• Experience maintaining laptops, desktops, servers, switches, routers, printers, etc.
• Applicable IT certifications (A+, Security+, Network+, etc.)

Compensation for the Field Office Technician:

• $65,000 - $75,000 annual salary (depending on experience)
