Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Field Office Technician to provide on-site technical support for field offices of a military engineering program in Memphis, TN. The technician will support Windows/Microsoft 365 based equipment and accounts and ensure conference room AV readiness.

SECRET CLEARANCE REQUIRED. Candidates should have 5+ years of on-site IT support experience and familiarity with Active Directory, GPO, and security updates. Competitive benefits and salary in the $65k–$75k range.

• Experience with applying security updates and system refreshes.

Requirements for the Field Office Technician:

• 5+ years of experience providing on-site technical support
• Secret clearance
• Experience supporting Windows 10 and Windows 11 desktop
• Experience supporting Active Directory, accounts, GPO, password resets
• Experience supporting security updates and system refreshes
• Experience maintaining laptops, desktops, servers, switches, routers, printers, etc.
• Applicable IT certifications (A+, Security+, Network+, etc.)

Compensation for the Field Office Technician:

• $65,000 - $75,000 annual salary (depending on experience)
