Texas Select Fencing LLC is seeking a Fence Sales Representative to run scheduled appointments with homeowners, measure property, and write quotes. This outside sales role involves visiting customers at their homes 4–6 days a week, with leads provided and paid training.

Top reps earn six figures in their second year through uncapped commissions and a structured coaching program. You will use pricing tools and CRM software to close projects and coordinate with the project manager for handoffs.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Reliable vehicle and mileage reimbursement.
• Comfortable with a CRM and basic spreadsheets.
• Strong communication—written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Run 4–6 pre-booked appointments per day across the metro area.
• Measure properties accurately and identify scope.
• Build quotes on-site using pricing tools (laptop/tablet).
• Educate homeowners on materials, styles, and install process.
• Follow up with prospects until they decide.
• Hand off signed projects to the project manager with notes.
• Hit a monthly closing target.
